Students at McKinley STEMM Academy are took part in Career Tech Week activities, September 23 to September 26, they dressed up as a professional in their chosen career path.
During the week, students visited select TPS magnet schools and engage in personal
presentations and watch informational videos to learn about the Career Tech programs offered
throughout the district.
Students then wrote about the Career Tech program which they had the most interested in,
sharing what they had learned and how it connects to their future goals.
This is part of the school’s “Pathways to Success in Careers” initiative to connect students to career opportunities.
